Allison M. DiMatteo, BA, MPS
Allison M. DiMatteo is president of Crème della Crème Copywriting & Communication, a consulting firm in upstate New York specializing in professional journalism, publication editing and management, graphic design and identity, and marketing, public relations and customer communication. Clients include manufacturers, laboratories, dentists, professional organizations, and businesses in healthcare, publishing, manufacturing, and consumer industries. A regular independent contributor to Inside Dentistry magazine, she also is the editor of Consumer Guide to Dentistry, an online publication for consumers seeking quality dental information, and the manuscript development liaison for the Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry, the official publication of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Ms. DiMatteo and Crème della Crème annually volunteer their public relations services to support organizations and charitable events that benefit individuals who are terminally ill and require hospice care. A graduate of Nazareth College of Rochester with a BA in English and Cornell University with an MPS in Communication, she also is a Literacy Volunteer, dedicating time each week to tutor adult learners in the basics of reading and writing. Nayda Rondon, BA, MA
Nayda Rondon has been a senior writer for Crème della Crème since 2005. With more than 20 years of editing, writing and research experience, she has covered healthcare, beauty, fitness, profiles, business, wellness, child/teen issues, relationships, fashion and general lifestyle topics for numerous consumer and professional publications and websites. The author of two non-fiction books, she has been the editor-in-chief of New Body, a national health/fitness magazine; group managing editor at Lifestyle Ventures, publisher of consumer teen magazines; and New York editor of Studio International, a European-based luxury beauty publication. In addition to authoring, ghostwriting, copywriting and copy editing for print and online publications with diverse readerships, she has done marketing and promotional projects (both in English and Spanish) for various individual and corporate clients. Ms. Rondon is a graduate of Syracuse University's S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and holds a Master's degree in Spanish Literature from New York University.
Margaret M. Martin, BA, MA
Margaret M. Martin graduated from Wells College in Aurora, NY, with a BA in English and a minor in education, and from SUNY Oswego with an MA in English. Throughout her college career, she refined her writing and research skills while assisting fellow students in the capacities of tutor and teaching assistant. Published in Once Upon A Time, A Magazine for Children's Writers and Illustrators, and Ladybug, The Magazine for Young Children, Ms. Martin also wrote and designed the online course First Impressions: Leveraging Your Cornell University Credential in Resumes and Interviews for Cornell University's online division, and most recently wrote product descriptions for a major national home improvement retailer. Along with a solid command of the English language, she is a certified Copy Editor, bringing with her an attention to detail, research experience, and advanced writing skills. Katy L. Bartman
Katy L. Bartman is the Graphic Design Specialist for Crème della Crème Copywriting & Communication. Whether for print or electronic media, she specializes in working with clients to bring their ideas, identities, and messages into clear sight and get them noticed by their target markets. With a life-long passion for design, composition, and illustration, Ms. Bartman has seized every opportunity during her nearly 10 years' experience to visually express her passion and foresight for communicating through graphic design. A recent recipient of her Associate in Applied Science degree, she continually engages in ongoing education to broaden her horizons and looks forward to helping clients build and re-build their identities. Terri H. Rafferty, BA
Terri H. Rafferty is a copywriter and editorial assistant for Crème della Crème Copywriting & Communication. Ms. Rafferty graduated from Wells College in Aurora, NY, with a B.A. in English and from Syracuse University S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a Master's Degree in Magazine, Newspaper and Online Journalism. Ms. Rafferty has written feature stories for The Citizen newspaper in Auburn, NY, as well as other news articles. Her advanced writing skills make her a valuable addition to our company. Ms. Rafferty enjoys volunteering and spends much of her free time giving back to her local community and to causes she strongly supports. She frequently donates blood to the American Red Cross and has most recently competed in the Dirty Girl Marathon, a 5k mud run in support of Breast Cancer. Kimberly M. GilfusKimberly M. Gilfus is the Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator for Crème della Crème Copywriting & Communication. She specializes in building customer relationships by carefully crafting materials in a combination of ways. Kimberly understands customers, their marketplace, and their wants and needs. Not only will she help build a strong brand for products and services, but she also will apply her graphic design talents to targeted communication initiatives. Ms. Gilfus has a passion for communicating visually, and assesses every chance possible to communicate key messages through different types of media. A recipient of her Associate in Applied Science degree, Kimberly looks forward to utilizing her skills to create a valuable relationship with all Crème della Crème clients.
